I got a blue card in the mail today as well regarding a missed package with an X in Final Notice and Parcel Delivery. This has scam written all over it since there's no return address and no business name. It's bad enough getting robo calls, now we're getting this ****. Next we'll see Uber delivering In Person messages, Drones projecting ads on your home to call a spam number or Ads on clothes.

They claim to be with an official company, you might even think it's the city but it's not. They said there is an issue with the water quality in town and a technician needs to come out today. Likely they just want to sell an air purifier or filter. Super sneaky way to try to get into your home. Tell them no.

This is a scam no doubt. However, the card did go through the postal service for delivery. A picture of it showed up in my Informed Delivery Daily Digest email today from USPS along with pics of the rest of my mail. Not sure why the stamp is not post marked though.

If you are in the DFW area, they leave a card in your mailbox , the card has no business name just as one of the other people commented. It has a stamp on it that was not post marked by USPS. Total scam for water treatment.

Got a blue card like everybody else. It's still a scam. The USPS is the only delivery company that leaves cards in the mailbox, they don't require postage and yeah... usually the first card is orange. These guys are ****s.

They send you a blue card saying you missed pkg delivery, you call the number and then they keep you on the line selling water treatment product. Probably sell your number to scammers as well, leave em a poor review on google

Glad I read the previous comments about this scam - got a blue card with 817) 442-3802 saying they have a package to deliver to me and no company name on it...seems its a water treatment scam. *** scammers!

I was su****ious of this blue card. Postage is not canceled and the boxes on back "Final Notice" and "Package Delivery" are marked but appear to be printed on NOT marked with a pen or felt tip.

I called the number and asked for the company name and number. Called the company and they ‘said’ they’d notify the marketing company to stop. She did take information and seemed sincere. Who knows.
