HHS requires a follow up call to make sure an agent didn't twist your arm and fully explained your Medicare Advantage Plan to you. Just another expense placed on you by your friendly federal govt. The individual I spoke with was reading a prepared script and I must ad he was doing a poor job of it. This aspect appears to be legitimate, and the insurance companies are required by federal HHS regulation to complete this survey. Basically they are trying to trap the agent.
