This is AARP medicare calling to confirm that I signed up with a private insurer for their rx enhanced plan and i understood everything the private carrier told me. I was told I would be receiving this call when I dealt with the insurer, they are legit.

They have called several times. I have told them we are not medicare eligible. Why do they keep calling back? It's annoying!

Been receiving seemingly random calls from 817-302-0300, two in the last week, one a week or two ago. Pretty much out of the blue. As far as I know, I have no relationship with these folks. In the last week I've been receiving similar call and **** up calls to my cell as well from different numbers all over the place. I don't have Medicare, so I****ume it's not that...I haven't actually picked up any of the calls, since I generally don't answer for anyone I don't know, especially calls with no caller ID info telling me it's from a legitimate en***y.Other random numbers over the last week:836-826-3690483-696-9648823-950-4339***-325-6345358-976-9851958-295-6218288-774-7373Mostly s****ed up in the last couple days... About two calls a day, rarely from the same #. The 817-302-0300 is the most frequent though. Has called several times.I get lots of call & **** up at work. Very annoying. Sadly we have no caller ID to track the #'s there.

DSS Research - so tired of calls coming in @ dinner time! We have an unlisted phone number & pay to have it that way. & when you call these places back to get your name off these fools calling lists, you have to jump thru hoops. Makes my blood boil. & half the time it does not work. They call back anyway. I s****ed letting my 3 year old grand child chatter away on the phone with these ppl. He told them he went poo poo in the****ty to the last one! lol. They eventually ***g up.

Apparently they do the follow up survey for Medicare Advantage Plan enrollee's. HHS requires a follow up call to make sure an agent didn't twist your arm and fully explained your Medicare Advantage Plan to you. Just another expense placed on you by your friendly federal govt. The individual I spoke with was reading a prepared script and I must ad he was doing a poor job of it. This aspect appears to be legitimate, and the insurance companies are required by federal HHS regulation to complete this survey. Basically they are trying to trap the agent.

I don't like annoying calls any more then you all do. However, you have to realize that calls from businesses you already have a business relationship with are allowed. I got a survey from Dss research in the mail. I don't remember what it was. I just remember it had to do with my medical insurance, or a doctors visit, or so****ing like that. That must be why they phoned me.I do think, though, if they explained themselves better, maybe people would get less upset here.

Yes. They called and said that they were calling regarding our application for Part D Medicare. They had "a few questions to ascertain your understanding of this policy." Sounded like a blatant preview of questions designed to elicit personal information, like our social security number. I said that we didn't do business over the phone, and ***g up. Warn all elderly people of this possible scheme.

It's a survey service regarding healthcare. I told the caller that they might get better response if they left a message about the purpose of the call but she has no power to c****e it. I did the survey - it was good.

I think maybe answer the phone politely and then when they s**** to give their pitch, **** a whistle or so****ing really loud, maybe they will get the hint not to call anymore
