Obtained an NOR361P error trying to connect to my Norton account. Webpage stated that tech would call (as with post of 2024-01-06) Caller had my name and phone number. I was gullible and fell for fake IP rouse to tune of $350. Scan by actual Norton support did not uncover any malware having been installed. Made to look professional with invoices E-mailed and a DocuSign do***ent provided.

This number was given to me by a person claiming to be a Webroot tech after I accidentally accessed a phoney webroot website to try to fix a computer glitch. Scammed out of $299 to fix nonexistent IP address hack.
