I am hear to tell you its CITI AND they do call if you are only a week late. I paid my bill online with a check. Had a confirmation number and everything. A week later they called ten times a day only to get a beep and no one when I answered the phone. Then when I saw here it might be citi I checked my card. They Noted on my account I never made the payment and jacked my interest rate up to 29.99%. I have always paid on time and have not been late. All of a sudden because THEY SAY they didnt get the payment they raised my rate.I did call and complain after a very rude girl told me I never made it I asked to speak to a manager and the manager said she would take the payment over the phone and dropped all the fees and lowered my interest rate back down.Be careful to always keep track of payments online. If they say they didnt get it they ruin you. Keep confirmation numbers and dont settle for the rude first person you speak to. They did do right by me after calling me a liar and making me feel like they were doing me a favor. That is ****!!

I went a payment plan, made directly with Citicard, for three months. I set up autopayment - which they did receive and deduct from my bank account each month. The day of the third payment, after money was taken from my account, they s****ed calls by 9am for another payment. They have been calling minimum of 5x per day and it is only day 3 since that last payment was made. So anyone who claims that citibank does not harrass people that fast is a total *****. I also tried to have them lower my interest rate since as it is now I will never pay this off, they in turn increased it greatly on the following statement. I have been a cardholder for over twenty years, had pretty good credit until recently but none of that matters to them. Perhaps if I could understand the person I was speaking to and they could stop reading their replies from a computer prompt service might be better.

Got 2 calls today by 9am. Not sure about previous days. After googling the number I saw that it was Citicard. I called back, since I do have an account with them. I spoke to the rep and it turns out that I was late with my payment. My payment was ontime, however I somehow paid less than the minimum due. This resulted in a late fee and some huge finance charges (jump from 0% to 25.99%!!). I explained that the reduced payment amount must have been a ****** mistake on my part and pointed out that the payment was on time and I have an excellent payment history. She said she would have the fees removed and the finance charges reset.

Lack of work has forced me to choose what is more important to pay. I have talked to them after they sent a letter telling me they want to help. That is pure bu***hit. This # is on my caller ID for my work and cell phone all day long. Robot calls and asks me to hold for an "important message." Hell, if they can't call me with a person I'm not holding. when I answered the phone a computerized voice told me to hold on for an agent. I promptly ***g up!!!
