I contacted this number I found on google for appliance repair. They call themselves HG or HD appliance, the person on the phone was not very clear and did not want to give me a clear answer about the name of their company when I called them back this morning. On April 19, they took a $60 deposit and were supposed to come and fix my wall oven the next day between 11 am and 2 pm. They finally called about 4 pm and said they were stuck at another project. Three calls later they said they would be here in an hour. That was the last I heard from them. 3 days later I called their office back and they said that I cancelled the service call. Bull. They said that they would refund the $60 and I will have to verify with my bank if the deposit was actually refunded but I would not recommend this service to anyone. The entire experience was just shady.
