This is not Spam or a scam. This is a GPS monitoring center who are looking for people who are on electronic monitoring. The numbers are provided to them from the law Enforcement agencies. They are required to call anytime they have to contact an offender regarding an alarm. Whether or not they leave a message is up to the supervising agency.

These people are crazy! Thier whole family is nuts! I got a google voice number and for some reason her "nephew" was supposed to have the number. I said this isnt his number at least 20 times to her on 20 different calls. They would call me at 5 in the morning. I think thier whole family has a scam going on. They called from a billion different numbers.
