There should be a law that allows those pestered by Spam Scammers like this to recover telephone charges, emotional distress for being interrupted, and general punitive damages to make it financially feasible and possible to put them put of business. OC, they will open a new number, but that is one day or so they won't be crcking up other people's lives.

These people call my number 3-4 time a day. They will try my home number first and when I don't anwser they **** up and call my cell number . Who are these people. I need to let them know I don't answer calls I don't recognize.
