That Geek Squad charged a credit card $499.99 for an annual subscription. They needed me to type in a website that would take me to a form to fill out for the refund.

This was an email claiming to be Geek Quad saying I just paid for a subscription for $249.99 which is a lie wanted me to call the number for refund didn't even know my name.

Called my grandfather stating that software they were about to be automatically charged $599 for software. They instructed them to fill out a form and email it to them for processing. This provided them the opportunity to convince my grandfather that they had made an error which meant they refunded $15999 & showed him an altered version of his bank.
