I got 2 phone calls from this number, I didn't pick the phone call, I phone back from skype and I got a recording letting me know that their system doesn't allow them to pick phone calls from private numbers (my skype doesn't have an****ociated number) but it was some enterprise. I think it's some kind of propaganda

Recorded message when I answer states to "Press 3 to opt out." I have opted out from same caller for several months, yet they continue calling. They identify themselves as TCW and claim if you allow them to put a sign on your lawn - they will give you a free alarm system. Beware for two good reasons - 1st, if you agree to put a sign up for a free alarm system, it implies you do not currently have an alarm. That means it is showtime for the thieves. Second, if it seems to be too good, it is. While the alarm system may be free, they will require you to subscribe to central station monitoring, which can cost as much as $25.00 a month. I am on the do not call registry and I report them every time they call.
