Premium support tech for computers, they sell computer tech services. Comes trough a free virus scanners tells you that your computer is infected then ask you to give them access once you do, they charge you $300 + to apparently clean your computer. If you don’t pay they actually do infect your computer and damage it. It happened to me. Do not believe these people.
