I received an emailed Paypal receipt showing I had ordered over $500 of bitcoin and at the bottom of the receipt it had this telephone number which I promptly called but had to leave a message. The number that called me back was a different number stating they were from Paypal but they are just scammers trying to steal your financial identities.
