Rich Dad seminars lure you in to a free seminar and then want you to sign up for a package with a coach for several thousand dollars. That's how Robert and Kim Kiyosaki become rich.

I called the number and asked the rep who answered to remove my phone number from their call list. It was done as we spoke. We'll see if the calls stop.

Our business has received 3 to 4 calls a day from this number. When we answer, there is no one there and they never leave a message. I called the number back today and learned that our number was added to an "automatic dialer" and there is a "slight delay". I asked how they received our number and they told me that it was from signing up or attending a Rich Dad, Poor Dad seminar. The person said "we are trying to c****e your life and offer you invaluable information" - this from a person that is obviously a customer service rep. I told him that it is difficult to take a business seriously that calls non stop and does not leave messages. He tried to defend it by saying that since computers are dialing the number, there is a delay and they can't leave messages. WHATEVER! He removed the number from their database after much debate so hopefully we won't receive anymore calls.www.intlmarketingvisions.acnrep.com

I had a free coach call me for a couple of weeks 2x a week but I appreciated the information he gave me. I signed up for the cheapest seminar package with my own extra cash I had. I am glad to learn the things I did but I am really greatful for the scam information too. If there are legal ways to do this and the info is free on the internet I am still going to try it. I will just do a LOT more research! If anyone knows any legit info, please let us know.

Five calls in four days from this number. Before 9:30am and after 8:30pm. I did not sign up for anything. Someone has sold my information apparently.

Great comments from from One Careful Cookie. tell everyone you know to stay from RDPD seminar. They get you to tell them how much capital you can come up with. As a matter of fact, they have you call your credit card companies on the first night and ask for higher limits, tell you to apply at a list of companies and then come in the next day to stand in front of the group and tell how much you got. There is NO time except at lunch that you are allowed to be alone with the other seminar attendees. The end of the seminar is high pressure, avoid this at all costs. s**** a local investors groups and learn together how to invest in Real Estate. All of the information is out there for free on the internet, you just have to look for it.

Hope this is helpful. That number is from Rich Dad.... Consumer BEWARE!!! They do business under various names and have a long list of unfavorable complaints that others have filed with the Better Business Bureau, which can be found out by going to the bbb.org website, and looking them up. Also, they are selling ideas and ideas only... they guarantee NOTHING. Listen carefully or recall carefully if you go or have gone to one of their seminars. Also, it is a creative sales technique that they have mastered. In a nutshell, you're lured in with the idea of wealth (due to what ever cir***stance you're in) and given a freebie seminar that bates you for the next one, which cost a fee. Let's be honest, you should pay for services and information... This is what lawyers and counselors do... you pay for their time. Next, you set in a 3 day seminar that discourages you to network and talk a****st other students, as well as single you out to leave if you express a small bit of being skeptical. After being deprived of breaks and listening to rehe****d and PERFECTED sales pitches, you tend to feel you need them to be successful. If you want to be successful, invest in classses with creditable ins***utions or spend the money in a book or check out stuff from the li***ry. The informationis out there. They get rich by you buying their stuff. Not one of the people there could PROVE THAT THEY HAVE OWNED, PURCHASED, OR HAVE DONE THIS LEVEL OF INVESTMENTS THAT THEY CLAIMS TO PUSH. The concepts are real, but, it is not to be played with because you can end up bankrupt. If there is any advice out there, here is one that is free, first educate yourself with some aspects of real estate sales and what is occuring in the market, then find a local investor in your area, next, approach the investor in a professional manner to request that he partner with you on several deals in exc****e for him mentoring you. You don't pay him upfront, but, you pay the investor at the closing table a percentage of the profit. Its up to you and the investor, how the logistics of this works out on paper....(don't want to mislead someone that haven't even done the basics). Also, you may be in a position to just pay for services of a mentor. I do not recommend anyone that you can verify to be REAL. This person ideally should be someone within your local area that you can verify via ***le searches to have purchased and sold homes, as wwell as owning homes that are being leased. Don't be gullible. I was in a room having 7 of ten tables filled, with 6 persons at each table, each average 3 couples, at the average cost of $34K per sale to Rich Dad Poor Dad (you tend to purchase the $33K package because of what is offered), then this averages over $660,000 minimum sitting in the **** room. This is the minimum!!!!!!!! It is not unreasonable to say that that small 3 day session grossed $1,000,000 in sales. If that is done, only once a week, for 52 weeks, that is $52,000,000 a year with just that 3 man team. They have Rich Dad teams all over the place. Wake up! you can't sue them cause they carefully guard what is said and at minimum, give you come pamplets, books, or cd. I was on their calling list to. Ask them to remove you and say that you are recording the request and noting the date and time. If you subscribe to the NO CALL List within your state, then, the next time they call, report them. They will receive a warning. If they do so a***n, they will be fined.

I just got a call from that number (1st time) a few minutes ago and found this thread via google search... If it's r.d.p.d. then yeah it would make sense bec i had registered to attend one of their seminars a few months ago but forgot & missed it. I too, don't care to receive any phone calls from them. I cant do it right now but I plan to try and call the number back and see if I can speak to an actual person and have them remove me from their calling list -or- put me on their DO NOT CALL LIST.

FYI, I went to the web address where I initially signed up for information (https://www.richdadcoa****g.com/) and in the upper right corner there is an option to "Click here to chat live." (It's in the purple box with the mouse, rat, or whatever it is.) I chatted with a customer service rep named Danielle Warren, and told her that I wanted off of their mailing list and I wanted them to STOP CALLING ME. She took my information and said she would get it taken care of. (We'll see if she really does...)
(801) 413-5595
I signed up for information on their website and I put my work number in because I didn't want any calls at home. Now they call ALL THE TIME. I'm glad I found this info so at least I know who is calling. I'm going to opt-out of their email list, but does anyone know if there is a way to stop them from calling?
(801) 413-5595
