I received a phone call from ER solutions claiming I have an outstanding Comcast bill which I knew to be inaccurate. The representative I spoke with did not identify herself by name, and Kelly Smith appears to be some recording. I immediately disconnected the call and contacted Comcast who stated my account is in good standing. I called "ER Solutions" a***n and made them aware of what I already knew to be true from Comcast, still "ER Solutions" attempted to collect sensitive private information about me. BEWARE: this is a scam!!! I knew this was a scam because I have only had Comcast services once, which is the service I have right now.

calling a number i haven't lived at in 12 years. apparently they've called before but this is the first i've heard about it. turns out it's a number based in hudson, michigan. 517-306-2806 is the real number but all i get is an answering service and a full voicemail box
