It's not really a collection agency. It's a company that the hospital hires before it goes to collection. I had a hospital bill that the hospital never sent me, and I got a letter in the mail from HHRG. So I called them, they were very nice. Basically, if they are calling you, you most likely owe so****ing. You may be like me and didn't even know about it, but at least it's not on your credit yet.

Didn't receive phone call, but threatening letters that are based on a debt that was paid over a year and half ago. NO outstanding debt to any hospital or medical agency of any type I have checked. They have been trying to collect this debt that isn't real for quite awhile now. I have given copies of the hospital statement showing no outstanding balance time and time a***n, but nothing has c****ed so looked up this site to see what is going on and saw this. Now I'm convinced the practices of this agency are indescent and corrupt to say the least. A word of advice to anyone I was informed to never pay collection agencies a penny always contact the original company the outstanding debt was with to begin with and make payments to them. It's the quickest way to get it off your credit and in turn costs much less not to mention the customer service offered is much more professional and courteous.

I got a call from them saying I owe money to a doctor I saw on a visit to an ER in Miami. They had real information, so I****ume they are truly a collection agency or they stole my medical record. As far as I know all bills were paid. I told them I wouldn't pay a thing and they should call my insurance company who has paid all bills I have received from the ER in full. I told them I'd have my insurance company call them and asked them for billing information so I could pass it on to my insurance. They were very ***ue and didn't seem to have an account or reference number.I called the ER to talk to the doctor since I had never received any bill or phone call from his staff. I wanted to know why my bill was sent to collections (assuming it, in fact, was). The ER billing person took my information and say they will look into it. I think it may be some sort of attempt at fraud but I'm not sure yet.

Over the last month or so I have received several phone calls from HRRG. First there is a pause on the line. Then I get a recorded message identifying the caller as HRRG and to call them at 1-800-084-0115. If I just stay on yhe line I get disconnected. Never in a million years would I call their number for fear of my call being redirected to a 900 number.I had no idea who these people were until I looked HRRG up on the internet today. I have no debts. This sounds like a scam. I am on the national do not call list and also the one from my state. Telemarketing should be forbidden for everyone including charities and politicians. Those who break the law should be jailed. Laws are also needed for spam on the internet.A complaint will be filed with the do not call agencies if this continues. I have several friens in the legal proffesion and will not hesitate to take legal action if these unsoliceted calls don't cease.

Well I have tried to straighten out a bill they say I have, so when the letter says call this number if you have questions or feel you dont owe this bill they get down right nasty. I have 2 insurances and one did not pay and i have pretty much had it with the lack of ability to talk to these people.I dont have time for the ***** ups of others and for it to be my job to get it straight.

This is a debt collection agency (HRRG) and they have been calling me every 10 minutes today for a bill that was paid in full years ago by Workman's Comp. I have tried to explain to them that this is a W/C case and that the W/C insurance company (which I supplied the name and phone number for) would have the proof of payment not me and was told "you are just trying to get out of this bill, we will ruin your credit and you will never own a home if you do not pay us now!" I called the hospital and spoke to a representative there who is very confused because they have NO OUTSTANDING DEBT in my name... PERIOD! The bill in question was paid in full years ago by their records. They called claiming that I owed medical bills from march 2007. I gave birth to my daughter on in that month, so i asked who the patient was. They couldn't tell me, that was confidential. I asked who the medical provider was, they couldnt tell me. but they wanted to set up payments with me s**** paying off $3000 that i supposedly owed. However, i know that my ins. had covered EVERYTHING. and she was VERY rude.

Calls - does not leave message - Caller ID says Toll Free. Other research tells me this might be medical collection service from Broward Co. Florida. We do not owe any medical bills and are not delinquent on anything from anywhere and have never lived in or near Florida. We are also on DNC list. I just do not answer any unknown calls. They are so rude and never believe what you tell them.

For a health company, affiliate as he said, it is clear that they are not affliated with health care. maybe we should all call HIPPA.

We are constantly receiving prerecorded messages from HHRG. They never ask for a specific person. The message just states that HHRG is there to help us. the phone number is 1-800-984-9115. This number has been appearing on our caller ID at all hours of the day and evening until 9:00pm. We ignored them until today, because we just figured they were another telemarketer and would eventually get the message and go away. They never say who they are calling or what the call is in reference to. The only message they leave is to call HRRG at 800-984-9115. I finally got sick of them today, and looked up the phone number on the internet. When I saw all the complaints about this number, I decided to call them back. When they answered, I asked them who they were trying to reach and it was no one in our household. I told them to stop calling our number, and the girl who answered said she would remove us from their "list".

The caller asked for my elderly mother in law, who has dementia, and resides in a nursing home. The caller would not reveal what the purpose of the call was. The caller demanded to know MY NAME, although he was calling MY PHONE at 8:27 p.m. We are on a do not call list. He was RUDE, and refused to listen when I tried to speak. He just talked louder over me. I called the number back, in an attempt to speak with a supervisor, and the person I spoke to would not allow me to speak with a supervisor, he proceeded to ask me questions, and specifically wanted to know if I had power of attorney over my mother in law's affairs. ( My husband is an only child & there is no one else who makes decisions for her care) When he couldn't get the results he wanted from me, he ***g up. These people are very rude and should not be allowed to call people on a do not call list.
