I missed the call called back it said its was capital one and what account was I calling about, told them none just returning call, asked for account number told him dont know it you called me, said he found a couple accounts but couldn't pull up info it was being handled by another department, transfered me and they said the same thing he said and want transfer me bk. told the lady now once you guys figure out how to do what your trying to do call me back I'll play along n hung up hasnt called me again
