I think this is a marketing type company that does auto calling and will eventually transfer your call to a company called "Dealer Preferred Warranties" (or at least that's what they say). I read other websites where people said that the operator eventually asks for your credit card number. My operator did not, they just kept transferring me (which made me fear that maybe it was some sort of phone call charge by the minute).
