I had a call from this number today and they leave the message emax communications called you today and will try and call back a***n later.Looking on the web it seems they are trying to plug a new Samsung Tough phone.I dont answer number I do not know and if its important im sure they will leave a message!Seems more like direct marketing even though Im registered with the TPS.I think they get the number from online purchases I have made and the company sell on the customer details to marketing companies in which case the small print on the T and C's for the company you made the purchases with probably waives your right for nuisance calls with the TPS as you probably have formerly agreed indirectly to receive calls for special offers etc... from them and if it states that they only share information with companies within their group, it probably doesnt mean that another compnay within their group wont share the information with companies outside the group!Just a thought!

This number calls me and it goes to an automated message and then says press 1 for warranty****istance. So i pressed one and played dumb with the customer service guy. he was like it is for your car years 97-07. i jokingly said i have for cars between those years and im not sure of the warranty status on any of them and he acted like he saw all my information... I have an 08 audi so i know this is just a scam cuz he was claiming that all my cars listed needed an extended warranty.

I think this is a marketing type company that does auto calling and will eventually transfer your call to a company called "Dealer Preferred Warranties" (or at least that's what they say). I read other websites where people said that the operator eventually asks for your credit card number. My operator did not, they just kept transferring me (which made me fear that maybe it was some sort of phone call charge by the minute). Anyway, I'm going to try to file a complain about the company, but I doubt it will do anything.

This is the 5th time or so that this number has called me on my cell about a car warranty. I've asked them to take me off their list, but they still call! This time, I pushed 1 to talk with a rep and I asked them "WHICH car are you talking about?" The guy told me that it is "Any car that I have purchased from 1995 to 2007." Unbelievable! How did I get on their call list anyway????
