It's capital one they use this number to get you to answer than they get more threatening and aggressive calls a***n saying if you don't call by certain time. They try by threat to repo the car. I know my rights and make my payments I had spoke with them numbers of times that I was going through some hardship that I will make the payments when I can. even though I pay little late they said that the robot calling will continue until my payments are on time even after the payments got caught up they still call to remind you for your payment ugh!! I got where I just block the numbers don't let them intimidate you as long as you make payments they can not do any thing

Received a message for my husband from Nathan at Capital One Auto Finance - said that it was urgent and important to return the call today.My husband does not have an auto loan with Capital One Auto Finance. He tried calling back 1-800-946-0332 but it is only an automated system that asks for your loan number or SSN. He didn't want to release his SSN, so he couldn't get through to an operator.
