Collection Agency - and oh yes by the way COLLECTION PERSON, did it ever dawn on you that the information you have might be wrong???? You guys should really investigate what is really owed - and if so****ing is really owed. I am being called about a bill OVER 7 years old - where I was in the hospital, and I needed to have an infections specialist doctor see me. The HOSPITAL gave me an infection - and they couldn't get rid of it....I asked the doctor to make sure she was under my insurance and she****ured me she was, because if she wasn't I would have to pay her. She even had her office call me to****ure me she took my insurance. I had no phone (was in isolation and they wouldn't let me have my cell) so I couldn't call my insurance myself. A few weeks later I get the bill - 3 visits....over $2000 - just to stop in my room and see me in the hospital. She wasn't a provider for my insurance. I asked them how much they would pay if she WAS a provider and I paid her that much (over $750). Her office is still trying (after 7 years) to collect the balance. She lied - I will not pay - she tried to go to the court to get me to collect or put a lien on my property - they told her NO WAY. She lost in court and she wasn't supposed to bother me any more. SO CHECK YOUR FACTS A--HOLE...before you tell us to pay our bills.....

called my neighbor saying it was an emergency. neighbor refused to give her my number where I was. I don't owe any debts outstanding. they also claimed I gave them the neighbor's number. They will be talking to my lawyer next.

This woman called my work repeatedly and asked my co-workers for personal information, and was rude and aggressive when they did not cooperate with her.

Asked for someone that I do know, but do not know how they got my cell number.Said she was calling from E.C.S. Inc. and to have this person call 1-800-927-7667. Had first called a nuber that this person lived at over 7 years ago.

I am paying back my loan, but they procceed to call me every single month. It's getting very annoying and I really wish they would stop it. It's gotten to the point where if I see the number I just don't answer it.

these people called my best friend's cell phone. i don't even know how they got her number considering i never put her down as a reference. i defaulted on a student loan when i was pregnant, came up with a payment plan and now i only owe them a couple ***dred dollars. i'm disturbed at how far they've gone to get so****ing that means so little to them, but can buy me groceries for a week. F*** these people!

Someone calling from (800) 927-7667 ext. 7020 & (925) ***-7020.  Said my brother had me down as  reference.  Asked how they could get a hold of him.To pls relay a msg to him of an "Urgent" matter that they could help him with.Caller would not identify type of business they were calling from nor would they tell me what company they were representing.

Jessica Hayes called anyone with my same last name in the town I live in and told them it was an emergency and she needed me to call her back right away.She talked so fast that most people thought she said she was from DHS and some of my family was really concerned about what could be wrong.

Got a call from Mrs. Viviana Márquez.  I have been a victim of iden***y theft in the past and refuse to answer these types of calls.  there must be a way to avoid this.

Just received a call for a girl I used to work with, we were both sales reps but she quit and went back to school.  So I thought it was one of her previous accounts calling and I asked if that's what it was and she said YES!  So I told her she was no longer with the company, but could I help her with so****ing and she just asked if I could get a message to my ex co worker.  She just left her name, "Vicki Star" at 800.927.7667 ext. 7932.  Not sure how they got my number still!

Yup, got me a message on my cell phone to call a Lisa Ray because she has a message for me, but didn't tell me who she worked for until I called the number back and did more research here online.  I think they're out to do iden***y theft and that they are a bogus agency.

caller looking for spouse that been seperated from for 3 years they called my parents home and did not give any information and telling her that they knew who she was and asking about my info. Advised overly nice mom to say, I don't know where he is and stop calling here or we will file an complaint with the Attorney general's offcie.

She called my home phone number asking for a woman I really don't know and hasn't lived here for years. Her ***her owns the house I live in. Then asked who I was and wondered if I could get a hold of this woman. I asked if this was personal or an emergency and she said no. Who are these people and what do they really want???

DCS is ruthless and evil.  Do not allow them to harrass you and intimidate you.  Report the harrassment to the attorney general of your state.  Study up on your state's laws about collection agencies and what they can and can't do.  They violate federal law constantly.

They keep calling my parents and harress them even though i do not live there and i have takled to them about my student loans, now they are calling people that i knew 15 years ago and i dont even see any more.Are they really that crazy, they think this is the way to get thier money. Also isnt it illegal to do this, to whom do we report this abuse? My old school friends and parents donot deserve this and i have spoken with the collection agency  so why do they keep it up.

called looking for my sister, asking me if she was okay. to what extenent i asked him. said SHE used ME as a reference, but would not disclose the nature of the call, only that he was from DCS. used my maiden name, although i'm certain he would have used my married name had my sister truly used me as a reference. unsure of how he got my cell number, but did not appreciate receiving possible collections call for my sister on my personal cell phone.

A guy named Tom Johnson calls my place of employment at least 3 times a week and  completely har***** my staff at the desk.  He won't leave a message or tell anyone who he is and why he's calling.  Usually, directly after he calls the desk he calls my cell phone.  I'm sure that he is a collection agent of some kind but he's reached the point of annoyance and it needs to stop.

A woman called my grandmother in Michigan and my dad here in St. Louis, verifying my phone number and stating so****ing about me listing them as a reference (?).  She had my correct number to reach ME, but never tried to call me.  I got this number from my dad.  She never did say who she was representing, according to them.  She spoke so fast my poor 87-year-old grandmother couldn't understand her.

She demanded an alternative number to reach "W P"I said I didn't have one.  After continued discussion and refusing to give me an address she called me rude and ***g up.
