Keep getting calls from this number. This number is new to me since I moved so they are calling someone else. These guys say they are in the same building of T-mobile and they are part of them.(complete lie) They are ER-Solutions a collection agency. I had a dispute with T-Mobile and took care of the issue. ER-Solutions calls and says that my convesration with T-Mobile never took place and my resolution wasn't valid. Very aggressive caller won't let you get a word in or listen to what had transpired. I called t-mobile back and told them I was getting calls from this company ER-Solutions and were claiming to be part of T-mobile saying I was in collections. T-Mobile says that I am not in collections and ER-Solutions is not part of T-Mobile. My advice to you is call the current retail company you deal with and avoid ER-Solutions at all costs. Don't give them any information. If you pay them they might not tell the Retail company that you paid (my****umption)and then more problems can arise.
