Once I had her on the line, she asked my name and which transactions I was concerned about. In 9 hours on that day and on 4 hours the day after, she was occupied my phone constantly. I could not call anybody or answered inncomming calles. I was totaly inher Power and she sent me from shop to shop and said that was the only way and that was the Wells Fargo protocoll to stop the steel. I totaly brouk down psykish. I lost 8.900 dollar. no one had been on my online bank- account, but she got all the creditcards and when I called the bank, thay said that thay would investigate it and they did not report anything to the police or other plaices. Apparently the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Just to advise them of c****e of address was an ordeal.
