First I got a c**** disturbence on my laptopp, and trere was a message that said call a number and I called the number to Microsoft and he told me that my computer was invated by scammers and one person from my bank: Wells Fargo, will call me and the number that they are calling from was safe they said. And a lady who called herself Kim, called me from 800-869-3557 and said she was from Wells Fargo and that number is the number on the back of my debitcard to call for****istance. I belived heer and she told me that someone have been inside my bankaccound and have taken out 9.300 dollar and the money was only pending, but we have to hurry to stopp it to be taken out, the bank can stop it for a while, but I have to secure the money with bying giftcards. In 9 hours on that day and on 4 hours the day after, she was occupied my phone constantly. I could not call anybody or answered inncomming calles. I was totaly inher Power and she sent me from shop to shop and said that was the only way and that was the Wells Fargo protocoll to stop the steel. I totaly brouk down psykish. I lost 8.900 dollar. no one had been on my online bank- account, but she got all the creditcards and when I called the bank, thay said that thay would investigate it and they did not report anything to the police or other plaices. And I just got an e-mail that said that the investication was compleeted and that I have done everything myself. Not one dollar back.

Once I had her on the line, she asked my name and which transactions I was concerned about. Wells Fargo is MESSED UP!!!! I have an account with them, and asked for their customer service department and got this number. It took the bank officer fifteen minutes to find it. Apparently the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Just to advise them of c****e of address was an ordeal.
