Chase auto finance. They don't seem to realize that calling me to 'remind' me to pay my car bill isn't going to magically make money appear in my account. They'll get paid when they get paid.

Caller ID came across as "NOT PROVIDED." When I answered, the only identification I got was the name "Danny." "Danny" claimed it was private business and refused to tell me what it was about. I did not answer any of his questions and demanded to know what the call was about. "Danny" refused to tell me and ***g up on me. This is a scam call. They are phishing for personal iden***y.

I have no debt with this company. They continue to call because I authorized a phone conversation a year ago regarding a card payment for a relative. They say that since a relative gave them authorization to speak to me regarding a loan, they can continue to call me as much as they like. I own a business and they have been disruptive to my personal business lines. DO NOT EVER LET SOMEONE GIVE AUTHORIZATION TO CHASE REGARDING THEIR ACCOUNT, EX: CHILDRE, BROTHERS, FAMILY MEMBERS, etc.. THIS OPENS THE DOOR FOR A NIGHTMARE OF CALLS!!!!!! AND THEY, CHASE WILL NOT STOP> EVEN AFTER YOU TELL THEM YOU HAVE NO IDEAS WHY THEY ARE CALLING you.
