***! Until I read these comments, I didn't realize I completely forgot to make my GMAC/OCWEN payment for 7/1/13!!*****, no wonder they're ringing my phone off the hook. Complete oversite, but appreciate all the comments on here or I may have been over 30 days late which would've effected my credit! Hopefully I caught it in time LOL

I keep getting calls from 800-850-4622, but can never get thru to talk to a actual person. luckily my cell phone has a block number option that I used for this number and so far so good. I haven't had a call get thru the block.

Came home today and found a beat-up old car blocking my driveway.  After the guy left I noticed a piece of paper taped to my front door handle with the message to call a loan counselor at this number about an important message. I have been in loan modification, made all my payments, have not heard a word from GMAC but when called the wait time was twenty plus minutes to find out that my paperwork is still pending.  Asked about the counselor and no idea about the note.  I too am floored that this corp works this way - now I know why GM is so *****ed up!

This is BULL*#!$, Ive completed my trial period payments and made my first adjusted payment 4 days ago and when i came home just now i found a little piece of paper taped on my front door saying to call 800-850-4622. I want some answers!!!!!!

8-30-2009 My son just came running in and said some guy was parked out front and he scared him. I went out there and some guy wearing a sweatshirt and ripped jeans was walking very slowely up my driveway. I asked him if I could help him, he just handed me a small piece of paper with tape on it and bolted. I'm in loan remodification right now and am up to date with payments. I tried to call the number but they were closed due to being Sunday. It's 3:00 pm right now and to have a guy looking like a *** in a old beat up pick-up is very unprofessional. I will be calling GMAC in the morning for sure.

We just received a small piece of paper on the door on 8-25-09.  It too is from Enterprise Servicing Group and states that there is an important matter they would like to discuss and to call 800-850-4622. I checked their name online and found this site.  I agree that it is apparent that these people have a list and they cut one sheet of papaer into pieces because they only left a short piece.  They really should use proper business paperwork to show they are legit.

I received the same paper.  I called GMAC and they said its the third party provider they hire and is just to make sure you are still living in the home.  I think it is ridiculously unprofessional to leave a note like that specially in this day and age with iden***y theft and peoples concerns with calling random numbers.  They should really do it on formal letter head explaining the purpose of the visit.

i recieved an automatically dialed call from 31***31442 asking me to enter the last 4 of my Social Security Number.  I did not but held on the line and got a person.  I told them I do not give personal info to people who call me and that she would have to verify which property she was calling about. She said she could not until I gave her the last 4 of my SSN. I asked for a # I could call back and she gave me 800-850-4622.

I also got a piece of paper taped to my door. I was home all day and no one rung my door bell. I don't think they want to talk to anyone in person. I believe this is another means of harassment! I found this site and I am glad I did because I had no idea who left the note.

Received the same call stating we owed 1716.00 for the month of July however; 1) my payment is not even that amount, 2) I pay them early, and keep all receipts.  The GMAC account states it is current and not due till 8/01/2009. I called the number and was able to talk to a person!  I made them send me a fax on their letterheard that stated they were in error for the call and that my account was current!  At least now I have proof that they were wrong and if this somehow creeps up in the future I have do***entation.

rec'd call from that number.  they will not allow a call back or give an ext.  I called GMAC and I gave her the number and she said it was their collections dept.  I am still within my grace period!

Same thing just happened to me, torn off piece of paper from "Enterprise Servicing Group" telling me to call the 800-850-4622 number, I'm on hold with GMAC right now.

I got home and received the piece, and I agree with what was stated above, it was a torn off small piece of paper, to contact them regarding an important matter they would like to discuss.  GMAC denies knowing them.

I just received a note on my door from this same company, "Enterprise Servicing Group". I contacted GMAC and was told they were not affiliated with these people at all. The note was on a piece of paper and when I say piece, I mean piece. They didn't even use a full sheet of paper and had my information taped to my door. After waiting at least 5 minutes for someone to explain to me who these people were, GMAC disconnected the call.

This is the collection arm of GMAC. If you call GMAC they will just deny knowing anything about it. My loan was just transferred to GMAC from another bank and I am already getting these calls and letters from them. GMAC seems pretty ruthless to deal with thus far, their customer support department is very evasive, rude and unhelpful. No Way would I choose to do business with them if I had a choice !!!!!

Someone leave a note at my house on two occasions stating that I call this number. I spoke to GMAC about this and they claimed that they do not know anything about it. They stated that all communications from them are on officat GMAC stationary.

My parents are getting a call from this company as well.  They claim they are not behind on any payments, its all very fishy.

They called me four times in a row now. THey won't go away.

I was getting these calls on my NEW Cell.Call the number back, use menu options 1 then 5, then wait for a human to come on. It helps to have a speaker phone and unlimited in states calling via VOIP.My cell also has call blocking so I think I'm going to enter their number.

These people are s***. You cant get off the list even if you don't have a mortgage and they have the wrong number. I talked to several people there and they just lie. Collection Call -

I keep getting this automated call from GMAC Mortgage, everyday.  Today, June 20, 2007 at 11:20 am.  I called it once to get answers, there were no optionsto speak to customer service (human up front), so I pressed 1111 and got a lady.  I told her to take my number off her list.  Didn't work.  I'm on the National Do Not Call list.  Filed a complaint.  Going to file another complaint right now.
