recieve call from this number on 3/3/08 and they wanted a payment for a past due account. I stated that the account had been paid. They stated that the payment not posted. I ask them to send me a letter of this. I waited for 10 days, no letter was received. Later this month 6/08 someone tried to withdraw from my account for $900. Bank stopped payment. I continue to recieve calls from this company. I'm not even sure of the name. I call it a couple of months ago because they were looking for "Juanita Smith" but we are not Smith in this household. I spoke to two people and both were very rude. So, I place a complaint with the BBB. The calls had stopped. Just this evening I recieved a recorded call asking for the same person who is not here. I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do now.
