They sent me mail trying to "help" with the foreclosure that occurred on the house I just bought. Saying it had a sale date and they couldn't help restructure the loan. 1) it wasnt my house 2)it wasnt my loan and 3) it wasnt the loan company I did use to have it become my home. It was in regards to a company who has sent me many, many documents, legal and mundane threatening me that they were the owners of the house and I need to call them and make arrangements to pay or they would force me out. I dont like to be threatened. This company, if it were reputable, would have put their name on this letter and not just this other company. All they gave was a file number and a phone number.
