PERSON WAS EXTREMELY RUDE CONTINUED TO ASK FOR A BOB AND WAS TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME BY CURSING AND CALLING BACK 3 TIMES EVEN AFTER I INFORMED HER THERE WAS NO BOB....................7119
