I get calls from this number at least daily. I never answer because it smacks of some sort of scam. They say "we very much would like to speak to you" or so****ing along those lines. I was a Sears customer for 50+ years but will not go there with any credit card or debit card purchase a***n. May not even go back because the Sears here is going down, down down. A shame.

This is a call from Sears Citibank rep to tell you your account is overdue. I rarely use this card but did before xmas. I received the statement right before xmas and set it aside OOps. I rarely answer these no ID calls but I am glad did this time. I apologized and payed my balance and she removed the late fee! She said they r not allowed to leave a voice mail. Because of Iden***y fraud i suggest if u receive a call from this number u answer. If u dont have an account and they say u have a balance, u should call sears citibank mastercard using a diff number that YOU FIND online. Someone might be using your iden***y.

We have received over 2 dozen calls from these ****s in about a week. We haven't done business either Sears/Citibank in decades. During the Clinton years when the Clintooons were friends of the Citi Bank ****s, we went through so****ing similiar until Bush was elected. I sent the package of bs to the Bush Adminstration when they were sworn in. In less than a week we got a call from Citi appologizing and offering us a free credit card. Citi is hurting and failed the Bank Stress Test yes****ay. Send a fax to 1-800-599-9711 everytime you get a robo call from these ****s. Use your phone # and tell them to stop.

Oh my goodness they call here every 2 hours!! When I do answer there is no body on the other end. Plus they call here at 8:00 in the morning!! Every morning!!! Called the 800-733-1116 number left on my cell phone, they said they had no record of my number, didnt know why I was called. This was for Citibank Sears, and when they checked my account, card was no longer good as it has not be used. So they can keep calling and won't answer the phone.... Oh they did say not a marketing call, BUT, I bet it was cuz my card was no longer valid and bet they wanted to reactivate it. I told them to cancel and I was cutting up the card.

Get the call from 336-522-8999 but tells me to call 800-522-8999.However they never ask for me by name.I've looked up both numbers.the 336 number say its for Sears Credit card.the 800 number if for Citigroup.Says it is not a sales call. I have never had a Sears Credit Card.I don't understand it.The only thing I have with Citi is a car loan through CitiFinancial and my payments are not late!

Either you owe them money on your Sears card and are late, or someone else used your # as a contact person on thier Sears card application and you are gettting a call so they can track them down for being late on a payment..........
