If you think reasonably, you will know any court does not have time or $ to recover citation fees. I used to work @ GC, they do have a contract (at least with L.A. Superior Court as far as I know) to collect debts for old traffic citations if people are interested in maintaining their drivers license. If you want to verify this, ask GC exactly which court jurisdiction is citing you per se, then contact that court directly...not hard people, this is your license or credit rrport we're talking about.

1-800-727-5848 -- I received a bill from GC Services, P.O. Box 7820, Baldwin Park, CA****06, in which they claimed that I owe $$$$$ from a so-called traffic violation way, way back in the 1990s. Then they s****ed harrassment calls using 1-800-727-5848 under the guise of "Superior Court". A simple GOOGLE Search on "GC Services" and "1-800-727-5848" reveals that this company and the people that work for them are LIARS and have a track record of FRAUD. There needs to be a thorough legal investigation of this "GC Services" and "1-800-727-5848" by the appropriate authorities as this type of activity cannot continue by this fraudulent en***y.

These people have been calling for months now. Everytime I see the number 626-962-1074 Operation Div on the caller ID I ignore it and let it go to the answering ma****e. They never leave a mesg. so i know its not important. This time I answered the phone and a lady "Ms. Waul" stated I had a citation back in 1998 and owed the court $623. I told them I never received any type of notice in the mail and to send me a copy of the citation. She said she could not do that. I asked her the reason for the citation and she could not explain. She said that if I didnt pay that my license would be suspended or a warrant would be out for my arrest. She told me to call her back tomorrow before 2pm to get this resolved. I ***g up the phone and called the number she gave 800-727-5848 x3576 and spoke to a different person who did not know anything about the ticket and was unable to obtain any type of do***entation to send to me. He said I could pay $300 now and the rest later. They just needed my bank info. Yeah right... I definitely believe this is a scam...do not give your drivers license or any type of information about yourself when they ask.

1-800-727-5848I received a "bill" in the mail from this company, GC Services Limited Partnership. I am in the Army and have been for over 15 years. This bill tells me I owe for an outstanding ticket in Monterey County, which I lived in 1988-1990. I never drove a car and did not get my drivers license until 1996. I am in the Military Police Corps and checked to see if I had any outstanding warrants/wants and also checked my credit report, no such thing exists. I called from Overseas and told the guy this. He told me to disregard and send the "bill" back to the company. What is really going on here?

I receved more than 10 calls in one day from this number. When I called the (800)962-1074 number that they left on my VM back, she said her name was Mrs. Mossley and I had topay $593 in order to keep my driving privileges. According to them I have some unpaid ticket from 2003 that was forwarded to them for collections. First of all, I never got the ticket! I called the courts, no such ticket exists! Second, last time I checked the courts have their own recovery department that does the collections. NOT AN OUTSIDE COLLECTION AGENCY!
