If you think reasonably, you will know any court does not have time or $ to recover citation fees. I used to work @ GC, they do have a contract (at least with L.A. Superior Court as far as I know) to collect debts for old traffic citations if people are interested in maintaining their drivers license. If you want to verify this, ask GC exactly which court jurisdiction is citing you per se, then contact that court directly...not hard people, this is your license or credit rrport we're talking about.
