They're asking for Iesha Lucas, saying they have a debt with Community Capital Bank, needed to be resolved now since it was an old account and they are not responding. I know they're not a legit business. In the voicemail I can hear a messenger pop up which means they are on a cell phone. The message was distorted. I don't answer or call back but it's annoying that they keep calling.

Comes through as restricted on my phone. They don't even call me by MY name. Gives another person's name that they are trying to reach. Saying it's urgent I get ahold of them by the end of the day. Never dealt with them. Don't even know who they are.

Called my phone asking for my mother who passed away in October. Stated she was calling about so****ing that just came across her desk and my mom had to return the call tonight or action will have to be taken. I'm pretty sure my mom doesn't care one way or another!

I was a collector who worked for a legit company and I will tell you right now. Y9u have a law suit in your hands. Easy money fir you. These people called me not practicing any of the fair debt collection laws. And I let them have advises them of my past job and that I kniw my rights. They are a collection agency who does not follow the laws not one bit and needs to be reported

Got a call first thing this morning from a blocked caller. A lady who was very firm sounding said she recorded and do***ented the conversation (on my voice mail) and I needed to call her or have my lawyer call. She didn't say who she was calling with or why.

I believe I have a very legitimate cause for legal action a***nst these people that should be taken.

Report them to the better business bureau... 2- Tell them you will only correspond w/them in writing, no calls at work, home or cell.  3- If they SWEAR... make sure you're recording them... and then file a lawsuit for profanity and harrassment.If they call you after they've submitted everything in writing... of course you have to reply... but the calls need to stop.. and put that in writing w/it being mailed certified signed return receipt... proof you mailed and copy the contents...

called my cell, my mom, and my place of employment. says he called my bank and verified my bank accounts and then when he called my work, he threatend to take me to court and to take my house over a $4000 debt. he was rude, mean, and laughed about my expense!! i am furious

I got call from Agent Simmons saying that me or attorney must call back because thematter sitting on his desk is of serious importance and if they don't receive call before tonight they will have to tak further action in the state of *****chusetts. I also once had debt collector threaten that they would contct my colleges financil aid office and get me kicked out of shool. Can they actually do this stuff! It makes having a small amount of debt feel overwhelmingly stressful

I had a client receive a phone call from one of these people - screaming and yelling, threatening to call a sheriff on her.I insist that EVERY single person who has received a call of this nature from these people should file a report with the better business bureau, and then contact an attorney to prosecute under the fair debt collections practices act.

800-695-7444 is the number for World Financial Network National Bank (WFNNB). It seems that they are not being able to satisfy their customers. My sister worked with them and was not very happy since they could not stop collectors' calls. I've also seen angry customers offer their view not in favor of this company. 800-695-7444, 614-729-4000, 614-755-3175 are all phone numbers for World Financial Network National Bank. I didn't get a phone call, but got correspondence from them saying they were c****ing the terms of my account with them. Called them (Agent Williams)and she said they represent a number of clients, but didn't say who. Told her I don't have any account with them.Gave here the numbers of my address and she said "no that's not you", then asked for my SS #. I refused. She said just disregard the correspondence because it was evidently sent to the wrong person.

I just checked my voicemail from yes****ay and today and got a call from this phone number. The voicemail left was from an agent ?arnett? saying that it is in my best interest to call them back at 800-695-7444 ext615 or they will take leagal action. Stated I might want a laywer. They did not state where they were calling from at all, or what it was in reguards to. I did not know that calls such as this were allowed in the us still.

I got a call from a Agent telling me that I need to leave work right now and go and open an checking account and then give them a call back and when I told her that I was not going to leave work right now to open an checking account just for them, she said that I better do it by the end of the day.

They left a VM saying I or my attorney representing me needed to call them back immediatley or they were going to have to make a decision directly affecting me. Dude said his name was Agent Miller.

I have been called on my cell and home phone and thought it was a Federal Agent calling but didnot stare the agency name.  It was implied by her saying Agent Grimis(?sp).  That I had to call back or "they" would be Forced to make decisions about ?, I could also have my attorney call back as well.This is harassment, scare tactics.

hey - just got the message and it freaked me out. searched it and clearly, it was a ******* scam. anywho - i work at a law firm. once i heard that it was an 800 number, that they didnt state the place of work where the "agent" is employed, and that i should have my attorney get in touch for this "matter" that could effect my life - i instantly knew that it was false.

First of all they can not threaten to do anything that they have no intention of doing!  Depending on the state you live in you should contact the Attorney General and always keep a recording of any threatening messages you receive.  Do not allow these people to keep getting away with these ridiculous collection practices.  Most bill collectors believe they can do what they want. It pays to do your home work about collection laws.

Actually they can do that all of the message are covered ... and watch by the by there attorney's they are collecting a debt that is owed to them ...

The caller says he is Mr. Sanders with World Financial Network National Bank and that he is the executive administrator (extension 4692). Says he has been handed an account of mine for FINAL consideration and that he wants to "help" me take care of this matter. If these guys are on the up and up, why the 800#, no caller ID, etc.?? Why should I even believe that is his real name... he sounds shady.

got the same call - and "agent flemming" maybe ... same deal about being my representing attny. if i didn't alreaady have one and that i needed to call by 3 today or she will make decisions that will affect me. we are late on some bills so a collector is possible.  if i listened closely to the msg you could hear others in the background. i think its wrong to state those 'facts' (attorney etc) even if accts aren't current.my guess its an attempt to collect a debt. but no idea who...

got call from MR. Sparks at my cell phone evening at 8;20pm, asking me if I had a lawyer representing me, that is very important to call him back regarding my account or either this will damage me for life, call him back next day, and ask me if I had a lawyer representing me or either he will have to submit this to my local attorney, in ref to my past due acct.

If I did not call her back by 7:30pm she would take matters into her own hands!!! She claimed that she had left me numerous messages and that this was her last attempt. I never received any previous messages from her. She also said that the phone call was being recorded. When I tried to contact her back I was cut off! I think this is another one of those SCAMS!!! Beware!

At the end of the call he says "this call was recorded and will be used as proof of notification." *** is this bull ****? I never would think a debt collector could lawfully harrass people like this. I was worried after listening to this message figuring it must have been a detective or so****ing of the sort with bad news to tell me!!
