They're asking for Iesha Lucas, saying they have a debt with Community Capital Bank, needed to be resolved now since it was an old account and they are not responding. I know they're not a legit business. In the voicemail I can hear a messenger pop up which means they are on a cell phone. The message was distorted. I don't answer or call back but it's annoying that they keep calling.

Comes through as restricted on my phone. They don't even call me by MY name. Gives another person's name that they are trying to reach. Saying it's urgent I get ahold of them by the end of the day. Never dealt with them. Don't even know who they are.

Called my phone asking for my mother who passed away in October. Stated she was calling about so****ing that just came across her desk and my mom had to return the call tonight or action will have to be taken. I'm pretty sure my mom doesn't care one way or another!

i got the same name was agent wilson and said it was attempt to contact a debt and that i need to contact her by the end of business day or the decision will affect me

I was a collector who worked for a legit company and I will tell you right now. Y9u have a law suit in your hands. Easy money fir you. These people called me not practicing any of the fair debt collection laws. And I let them have advises them of my past job and that I kniw my rights. They are a collection agency who does not follow the laws not one bit and needs to be reported

The caller Id showed private number and then they left me a message stating I needed an attorney to call them and that if I don't I would regret it. He stated his name was Specialist Joe at Ext: 1227536

We do not have any merchant credit cards. BY LAW, a collection company HAS to provide their name, the business they are working for and what the call is in regards (a personal business matter is NOT allowed). BY LAW, they are not to represent law enforcement agencies., BY LAW, they are not allowed to call before 8 am or after 6 pm. BY LAW (new June 2015), if you do not have your name included in your voice mail greeting, they are NOT allowed to call for 30 days. BY LAW, if you ask them to stop calling you and remove from their calling list, they are to do so immediately, otherwise it's grounds for a law suit and if you DO owe a bill that bill is wiped clean (they have to eat it). There ARE laws to protect the consumer a***nst nuisance calls such as these... We get between 5-15 calls a day from 800-695-6950 and neither of us have ANY merchant credit cards. They never leave a message when we let the ma****e answer the call. When we DO actually answer the call, they provide NO information and tell us they are recording the phone call. However, they rarely provide a name and they NEVER provide the company name.
