They call when you are one day late, even though you are not charged a late fee until 10 days after and I have a credit on my account which I new about and should be paid ahead and they do show but the lady says "per your contract" you still must pay, oh how I would love to get rid of my loan through them but the dealer I bought my car from is worth nothing.
