I have heard from these people twice. First time the girl was nice. I told her that I filed bankruptcy, I was at work and did not have the case info but I gave her the court info. She noted it and we were done. Well tonight I get a call from them a***n. This time the chick was horrid!!! She demanded an attorneys name and when I explained that I used a paralegal and that she was no longer in the area, This broad began YELLING at me and said that with that info how was she to know that I really did file and therefore she was going to put this on my credit report. I yelled back and told her that she was a dumb female dog, in different words though, and that what she was stating was ILLEGAL!!! Then I filed a complaint the FTC

Was called husband answered they were rude to him I called back would give me no info said it was a bill from 2006 bgm and told him it was over ten years since I had that and it was under previous married name and was paid. They called cell phone that has only been in use for a couple years with our number and its my husbands phone. He threatened me then when I asked for the name of the company so I could tell my attorney he ***g up on me. He didn't even know who I was. I've never have received a bill for this.He wanted a credit card # for the 41.00 pay off. No way its a scam!

It was regarding a past due bill that I was paying off to another collection agency, but they transferred my account to these people. I never once got a letter in the mail from them, but they keep calling. I simply have been asking for do***entation because I don't pay people over the phone, but they refuse everytime I ask. The lady I have talked to was very VERY rude and baligerant. I will pay it if they send me do***entation.

The Pakhargroup calls our house all the time, and the calls have gotten more frequent and annoying. They leave messages sometimes, and it is a very demanding male voice. One time when I did not pick up to that, they called back, with a female voice recording. They claim that they expect a call back immediately for an unpaid bill. We do not owe them anything, and I had never heard of them before. I recently registered our phone number with the do not call registry, but wanted to file a complaint anyway.

Calls s****ed beginning Sept/11 - thus far never asked for anyone - mainly the recording of the a man's voice. Once from a woman who did not leave her name but did quickly state this 800 number and after numerous repeats, I still not truely certain, an extension 680. Today I got the rude woman asking me for the decent courtesy to return the call. So with that said I went on-line and found this and quite a few other sites with complaints.

A little while ago, Allied Interstate began calling and leaving messages on our phone. I had never heard of them, and I have never done business with them of any kind. I would like the calls to stop. I registered recently with the do not call registry, but wanted to file a complaint.

I just received a call from this company. Since I didn't recognize the number, I let my ma****e pick it up. It was a recording saying I must call them immediately or go to their website www.takhargroup.comI called the number right back to find out who they were calling for and the nature of the call and got a recording telling me that the offices were closed and I should go to the website or leave my name and number. When I went to the website, there is a link to click if you just received a call from them...when you click on it, it asks to verify my iden***y.I was not leaving a name and number or any verifying information to a company I have never heard of before. Any legit and credible company should know better than that with all the privacy and iden***y theft scams out there.

I found out from another website that these are scammers. Report them to the FCC and attorney general. From what I've seen on other posts they are very rude and insist you pay them for some ***ue debt you don't even owe. So be careful. I checked online cause I just got a message on my phone with a pushy sounding man demanding that I am "required" to call back immediately to this number or go to their website which he spells out. I know I don't owe a debt and haven't been late on any payments but I'm not going to deal with them or give them any personal info. Have been getting a SLEW of these SCAM calls lately. Have had my home number for 32 years and DO NOT owe ANYONE ANYTHING, so have to believe this is a SCAM. Got same message as I've read others get: "This is Takhar Group and we've been trying to reach you 'for a while'. Then asks me to call the number back, which I will NOT, because once you DO Contact them, according the the "Do Not Call List" Rules, that means 'you've done business with' them and they can CONTINUE to call you FOREVER! REPORT them to the FTC at www.donotcall.gov With enough complaints a***nst them the Feds will go after them and SHUT THEM DOWN!

When I called they wouldn't tell me who they were or why they were calling and became extremely rude because I wasn't answering their questions! She then began yelling,"Is there anyone at this number with the first initial of "C"?" I said no. She s****ed scree****g at me so I ***g up! This one really irritates me. Leaves recorded messages and when you do answer its still a recorded message. The one that really irritated me is "We have tried on numerous occasions to contact you, please have the basic decency to return our calls." Number one, I dont know who they are. Number 2 who are they to question my basic decency. Number 3 judging by these comments this is for BMG/Columbia house. I have never had an account with Columbia house or BMG. I am s****ing to receive calls from this Takhar group and whenever I try to look at their site I get a page saying cannot connect to internet site. So I am guessing they don't have a site. From all the complaints I see, this is a collection company for BMG or Columbia House, well, I have no accounts nor owe money to these companies. I filed a complaint with the FTC. Hopefully the Takhar group gets shut down.

TAKHAR is a frequent caller. They ask for a person that I do not know. The calls are made between 3pm and 1:30 am. THEY LEAVE A RECORDED MESSAGE DEMANDING A CALL BACK. AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS I RETURNED THEIR CALL. THAT INCREASED THE FREQUENCY OF THE CALLS.
