I don't owe them or anyone they represent any money, having lived on a cash basis since the late 1980s. I was told that they were located in Niagara Falls, NY. Calls s****ed beginning Sept/11 - thus far never asked for anyone - mainly the recording of the a man's voice. Once from a woman who did not leave her name but did quickly state this 800 number and after numerous repeats, I still not truely certain, an extension 680. The Pakhargroup calls our house all the time, and the calls have gotten more frequent and annoying. They leave messages sometimes, and it is a very demanding male voice. One time when I did not pick up to that, they called back, with a female voice recording. They claim that they expect a call back immediately for an unpaid bill.
