They claim to be "just point" and they are calling me several times a day. They are acting like they represent a lawsuit a***nst a major pharmaceutical company. When I did the initial consultation, they sent me do***ents and they wanted me to sign before I talked to a lawyer, which included providing the last four digits of my Social Security number and to sign a HIPAA form that was not specific- it was like this open HIPAA form they can get every medical record you've ever had in your entire life and did not specify the type of record, . and I refused, and now they're calling me 2-3 times per day leaving me voice messages. They might be legitimate and I just have a really good case?? Or, this is a scammer. I don't know. I reached out to some local lawyers and no one has gotten back with me about it, so I'm just ignoring this right now.

I got burned by this company *****nt International for $500 last week. Im trying to get in to school next month and my credit is ****. A Natalie Davis asked me send them an insurance deposit of $500 and they would overnight the money to my account. I was told I qualified for a $5000 loan to be repaid in 3 years. The comany was said to be in NY but the money I wired to Montgomery AL. After I didnt get my money I called the police and reported it. Then a Thomas Brice (8660 280-4848 called and told me they didnt send it because I was missing a $300 administrative fee. So now Im out $500 and no way to get it back.

Please note: Getting on the DO NOT CALL list only increases the number of scam telemarketing calls you get as the disreputable scammers have figured out how to use the DMC made available to telemarketing firms to glean new numbers added to that list knowing they are real numbers and they have at least 30 days before they are supposed to stop and the vast majority even ignore the 30 day limit.
