I didn't even bother calling the 1-800-530-7631 number since I knew it was a scam. I was sent an email by this SCAMMER and also received a voicemail . Don't fall for it.

I got an email saying a TV was ordered and was being delivered to this address with an 800 number to call. It is a scam. If you have an amazon account if you place an order the order will not go through without full payment so that should be your first warning. Also it will send you to your account with a link to fix the payment option.

I had an email saying I had ordered a $4,000 TV. When I made a report, I was called by this number stating they were with the Amazon Fraud alert team. They wanted an order number, payment information, and delivery information. I gave them NONE of that information.
