09/01/2020 got a call and a message was left from Tim calling from Claims****istance about a claim that you recently filed. Could you call back at 800-548-9554 and when you do reference your claim number ________ thank you have a nice day. I called back and could not get anyone to pickup the phone even after entering my claim number.
