Brittany from 1st Bank Card re: our personal bank left a message that she wanted to speak with my husband about our bank card. This is the card we have in****ociation with our personal bank. We had just paid this card off, so we were wondering why on earth dear Brittany would calling... We contacted our personal bank and they have no record of this phone number for 1st Bank Card, nor of any reason why anyone from there would have called us. Our bank is investigating Brittany. Apparently this is yet another attempt to get our personal information. It is always important to call one's bank directly when a call like this comes in. With further research, this number, (800) 537-3302, turns out to be a telemarketer!!!! SHAME ON YOU, BRITTANY!

Got several calls from 1(800) 537-3302. Never called them back because the voice mail messages are ridiculous. "I am calling a rapper" began one of them. Really? It's most likely a scam. Avoid it.

I also got a call from someone claiming to be FNB Omaha, at 800-537-3302. The only problem is, this number does not show up on the credit card website, or on the back of my card. I do have an account with a bank that merged with them, so it was probably legit, BUT I did not call that number; instead I called the one on the back of my credit card.I recommend calling back the number you know, not the one they give.
