This is a PAYPAL debt collector. PAYPAL refunded money back on a Bacarat black crystal bear that I sold on EBay. The person fradulantly disputed the charge. They gave the money back and I am now out of an $800 bacarat crytal bear! Outrageous! ZERO recourse. I have field countless complaints. Ebay says that they have NO control over what PAYPAL does. HOWEVER, Ebay OWNS PAYPAL! I can only imagine how many people have been duped like I have been.
