Spam for me as I never had a loan through this company. They call and leave no number.

It's not SPAM, Plaingreen loans calling because they want there money back they loaned you. If you have a number previously owned by someone who owes them let them know. This company/bank is owned by Native Americans and is physically located on a Reservation, therefore the legal binding contract made with them doesn't fall under the same guidelines as a regular service like they provide.

This Debt collector works for the ThinkCash Payday Loans. They will only bother you if you did not pay off your loan. I have a loan with them and they are very nice when I call them. I also had a financial issue and they worked with me to clear it up. Yes, there are bad debt collectors out there, but read up on your state laws as to what they can say and do. Also do not give them any more info then what they may have. The collectors make bonuses off of how much they can collect, I use to work for Amex and our paychecks were based on how much we collected. Log phone calls, names and times. If it gets out of hand, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and the FBI at IC3.gov and the local police if they threaten you. Remember once you go out onto a website for a payday loan, you are not getting the lender, you are getting a third party who routes all your info via internet to the lenders. (Read the Disclaimers very carefully) And remember your info stays out there.. What they do is then build the profile on you. And it is easy to get more info by visiting your Facebook page, My****e, blogs and anything you put on line. Maybe you didn't take out a loan and I wish you luck trying to prove it, it will take awhile and you will need an attorney. Once you fill out the form with your bank info, they have you. They are known to manipulate fake checks that some banks miss and actually cash, they do ACH withdrawals on weekends when they know most banks are closed and by Monday, your money is gone. And they also will try to fake do***ented paperwork that look like court papers, so get an attorney if that happens. Any debt collector should send you a certified letter of the debt. And by all means do not pay them via a credit card or prepaid card. For more info go to the FBI website, they explain the scams and what to do. Or just go online and google payday loan scams, there is plenty of info on what to do. Ever wonder what car dealers do with your fully filled out loan app when the loan is denied????

Phony debt collectors with Indian accents are calling people trying to scare them into paying debts that are not theirs. Some of the company names they use are American Credit Services, TAC Evolution, Allied Financial Services, CashNetUSA, Sonic Bank, Sonic CashNet, CashLand, and Cash America. If you know of others, please add them in the comments section below. The fake debt collectors call and say you will be arrested and thrown in jail unless you send money immediately. The amounts claimed seem to be $400 or $1,095 and a smattering in between. The calls most often arrive on a Friday when all government office are closed so you can’t check out their story. The callers use the names of real attorneys they found on the internet. The goal of the scam is to scare the person getting the call into sending money via Western Union or MoneyGram or to give up their bank details to hit your bank account, in order to prevent the police from coming to arrest you in the next few hours. If you want to listen t what these calls sound like, click here. Apparently there are a number of telephone numbers tied to this scammer that I believe is calling from a call center in India via voice over IP, (VOIP). So the callers really are not even in the United States although they pretend to be. Armed with the contact information the scammers in India call make outbound calls on a VOIP telephone line and forge any outgoing phone ID they want. It’s not hard to do. (By the way, if you want to unmask any blocked number and find out who is calling, try Trapcall.) They might even use a number from a block of VOIP numbers they’ve rented to receive return calls. After a short period of time they dump the number and s**** using a new number. I found at least one of the numbers listed as being used by these scammers was issued by LES.net, a VOIP service provider.

These fools call me 3-8 times a day, never leave a message but DO access my voicemail to as appear to leave message. Waste my cell minutes. If i answer no one responds, just waits about 45 seconds then ****s up on me. Odd thing is that lately immediateley after this call I get 1 from an unavailable #, then for the past 3 days it seems that right afterwards, within 5 min, I get a call from an 11 digit # (856-115-12123). Common sense tells me they're somehow related, but how or why they call is a mystery. All s****ed in April, shortly after I moved to a new addy in same city, but a***n, no idea why, since I've have the same # for about 3 yrs.....

My last payment to them did not process due to NSF the first time through. It is now paid, but they are trying to hit my account, which I cancelled for $33, (the NSF fee AND interest). Because that account is now closed, they were calling me two times a day, and now today it was 4 times. I thought I had fixed it and the account was paid off. I can't believe that for $33 they are calling my work phone so often and not even leaving a message. I'm have tempted to not pay them the $33 just because they are hassling my work phone so much!

I have been receiving calls from this number religiously everyday, several times a day. I never answer and they never leave a message. This has been going on for at least 2 weeks.

True Green is a payday loan co, I believe. That might make sense, since I got an email from them once & responded that payday loans are illegal in my state.....
