Fraudster shaking down people for money

I received an e-mail supposedly alerting me to fraud on a credit card account. I can't find any record of the credit card # referenced in the e-mail. I'm supposed to call the above phone # to "resolve" the issue. Seems like a fraudulent e-mail to me.
