This number called me claiming to be Publishers Clearing House. Left a voicemail that said I won $1 million dollars, a ***nd new car, and also won the $5k a week for life. Said I needed to call them back with a set of numbers. The $5k drawing is not until Feb 28th, and in checking, PCH does not notify a winning person by phone. Just a "heads up."
