I keep getting these automated phone calls that says to call this number regarding a patient account. There is NO info given as to who the caller or company is. I'm worried it might be a scam of some sort. I finally called the number & still no mention of who they are..just an automated msg stating "You've reached Patient Accts Dept & someone will be with you". No one ever answered. It's very odd not to have the company or client they represent mentioned in these msgs. If it's a legitimate business why not have that info on the msg.

They called today to speak to my husband, but he was at work, then the lady ***g up on me. So I decided to call the number back. I spoke with another lady who couldn't give out the hospital's name but she could tell me what it was regaurding. It was for a hospital bill for my son that was already paid!!!! Hopefully they will not call back, but we shall see. Then I will shove the receipt down their throats!!
