I am getting recorded messages from Jim West about a personal business matter. When I call, the operator doesn't answer. I am unaware of any outstanding debt. Very irritating.

I have Caller ID and an answering ma****e for a reason.  This company will NOT answer the call even if you pick it up on the first ring and I refuse to call a company with a "business matter to discuss with me" unless they explain in the robocall just what this "business" IS.  I get enough spam on my computer and I don't appreciate it on my phone at all hours of the day.

This Jim West guy keeps robo-calling to call the 1-800-498-1798. Very irritating.

Keep getting automated calls from Jim West with "an important business matter to discuss with me".  I just moved to Texas and when I signed up for cable/internet/phone service and I was given a new home phone number.  Within 2 days I s****ed getting these robo-calls every night at 8:50pm.  This has been going on for months. I try to call back and there is never anyone there at 1-800-498-1798 and no way to leave a message.  After reading some of the other complaints about this company I think I may just ask to c****e my number instead of trying to deal with these bandits.I think "Unknown Name Unknown Number" on caller ID should be illegal.

Robocall from "jim West" or "Bill Jones" an obvious alias. This is National Enterprise Systems. Already being sued by the states of OH and WV. Hope all states sue these carrion eating slime buckets! They violate all the FTC and FDCPA rules. They need to be fined until their bank accounts are empty and their owners are either bankrupt or in jail and being called by LEGITIMATE collection agencies.

Mr. B is absolutely correct.  I got phone calls for two months from "Bill Jones" and now I am getting them from "Jim West".  The robocall is exactly the same except for the name c****e and the call back number.  NES is being sued by the attorney generals of OH and WV.  So file an FTC complaint, one with OH attorney general and one with YOUR state attorney general.  Since this company has a pattern of FDCPA violations and FTC violations, I hope we can fine them out of business.  Also, you might consider hiring a class action suit lawyer.  There are several groups online around the country that specialize in this area and do not charge you but take their payment from any damages that they collect after the trial.  You also need to contact the FTC and your federal and state legislators to overhaul some of the FDCPA regulations to include CRIMINAL violations, especially for impersonating police or lawyers or threatening a lawsuit when they do not intend to file one.  Also there are several states that do not even bond or license collection agencies.  This has got to rectified.  Each state should have a collection agency be bonded for at least $1,000,000 and licensed with a background check and no FELONIES or previous violations of FTC or FDCPA regulations.  Also, faking a caller ID should be CRIMINAL for a business en***y.  We need to get our state attorney generals to act more like MARIO CUOMO especially as next year is a big election year.  Okay, go out there and kick some collection agency donkey ****s.

Called back to speak to Jim West who has been calling my number. Operator would not put him on the phone. I wanted this to stop because there is no person at this phone number they are looking for. Operator ***g up on me.

This number and automated services call seven days a weeks, three to four times a day, ALL hours. When you return the call you NEVER get anyone. How can we make it stop?

Bill Thompson leaving a message regarding an important business matter two to three times a day.  Sometimes he leaves another name.  I have had my name and number on the "no call" list since 2005 and have re-signed up.  I don't understand the purpose of this.

This person/company keeps calling me non stop, it has a pre recorded message and asks me to call back at the above number. I fear this is a scam, beacuse my credit is good, no bill collector after me, so I have NO clue why these creeps keep calling me!!

calls have been coming in since mid april. calls begin some days at 6:05 a.m. and go to 9:***m. we get calls once an hour and sometimes every 20 mins. we don't know who is calling. most calls **** up after our ma****e picks up. some calls also 'unknown caller' are from Jim West! we are on a 'no call' list but it doesn't matter. the phone company cannot or will not do anything. i've filed complaints with the FTC.

This party has called me leaving a recording more than 20 times and when I finally called him back, someone there, (not the man who called saying his name was Jim West)tried to get me to tell them my last four social security numbers. When I refused the woman shouted at me and ***g up.

We keep getting the same recorded message from Billy thompson, or a message from National Enterprise system, but today there was an actual person. The call was for my 23 yr old daughter(probably has a few bills to pay) but the lady (Cheryl somebody) said for her to return the call because it was an education matter. How bogus is that?!!

4-5 calls a day from this #. I tried to call back to find out what it was about and they would give me no info as to company name or what kind of business it is. I activated call blocker, they still kept getting through. I called a***n and tried to get them to take me off their call list. They said they could do nothing till I gave them my name and address. I told them that was insane, why would I give my info if they won't even tell me who they are! After being ***g up on 3 times and yelled at I am reporting them to the police...and possibly c****ing my phone #.
