This is NCO Financial. I have at last been able to s**** repaying my debt. NCO has a nasty habit of making repeated calls. On Apr. 20th they called my cell phone 16 (SIXTEEN) times in 5 minutes. I have advised the original creditor that I WILL NOT deal with these bottom feeders. NCO seems far more interested in harassment than collections.

Just a heads up. NCO has contracts for taking credit card payments for some utilities. This is just one more incursion into the financial data system, one more way they can get into your business. Call your utility company if you see NCO on your credit card statement with your utility payment and tell them you do not want NCO to have anything to do with your credit card info.

My son got several phone calls on his cell today from these people and he was able to pick one of them up when he was on a break during his school. They were looking for a friend of his and would not take his honest answer as to where this person was. They continued to call him. He is a full time student and can not just answer his phone so he text me to help with this situation. I too called the number from my landline and was told his number was not in their system as a actual person or a contact person...then I was transferred to the rude individual named Wayne who told me a***n they did not have my sons number in there system to which I told them if he gets one more call I will turn them into the FCC which is what Verizon told me to do...he was rude and said that would not happen because they do not have his number anywhere in the system and continued that rude line of customer service until I thanked him and ***g up. Well they called a***n an hour after I last talked to them. I am reporting them to the FCC

My phone rang one day and call ID said: 1-800-448-9570. Decided to pick up the phone and the caller asked for someone I have not heard of. I emphasized I didn't know such person and the caller said he will keep calling. My gut feeling told me this was a scam and so I decided that I have heard enough of this guy and just ***g up before he finished what he wanted to say. Then I typed this phone number in google search and of course I found numerous bad comments about NCO. People if you have similar experience you should look up the the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and learn your rights. You have no obligation to pay anything you do not owe. Don't give these people any information because if they are legitimate they should have all your info already. They just want to trick you into providing them your personal info.
