A woman left me a message with the same 800 number so I called and got the automated answering ma****e which prompts you for your phone number then asks for the credit card number that you're calling about! I then ***g up and logged on to PayPal to the resolution center and there's nothing outstanding. I even went one step further and called PayPal directly to verify it wasn't them and they confirmed that it wasn't.
