these folks are RUDE, unprofessional and ignorant. I must have someones old # that owes them money, cause I do not owe the hospital they say I owe, I've never even heard of the place! they ask ur name when they call right off the bat, and godforbid u ask who it is they refuse to tell u. I said my name and they say I owe $24,000.00 to some hospital. I said well what's the name u have on the account and of co**** its not even my name, and they accuse me of lying! saying I'm not who I am and I'm actually this person that owes them. so of co**** I gave up and ***g up and told them never call this # a***n, I'm not who.ur looking for! yet they call every night at 8:30 pm! This number called my PARENTS' number while I was on vacation asking for me, but wouldnt tell my mom what it was about. So when I finally got home and called them I was ***g up on, TWICE. She asked for the number they were calling and when she looked it up she actually had the nerve to tell me, "that number isnt bringing up anything at all, so NO WE WERENT." I couldnt believe it! If they werent, how would I know their number?? They're shady as***** about who they are so how would I have gotten ahold of them??? Im so glad I googled their number and found that they are in fact a scam. And I think they need to be SHUT DOWN!!! they really ****ed me off tonight.

I get this call once every weekday from 4:30 pm to 9:45 pm on my cell number. I got this number on a "Pay as you go Phone" in January and continue to receive this call. I have never set up voicemail on this phone because of this calling number. They are persistent jack*****. Company name is Diversified Adjustment Service Inc. was in founded in 1981 in Minnesota. Diversified Adjustment Service Inc. is an accounts receivable management company which specializes in third party debt collections. Diversified Adjustment Service Inc. purchases delinquent accounts from original creditors and then pursues debtors whereby their goal is to collect more than they paid for the debt.

I received an absolutely garbled computerized voice message on my personal cell phone. When I called back and eventually got an "agent", he was evasive and rude. He wouldn't tell me who he was, where he was calling from, or what company he worked for and the name of the business. He kept giving me a woman's name and asking if I knew her...I don't. I called back a***n and got a female "agent", who answered "Diversified..." but wouldn't tell me what her company did, or why I had been called, only that "they were looking for a ______ (same female name). I told her I was on a no-call list and told her that there was no reason to expect me to give information to a total stranger from a business that employs the ***ue, the evasive, and the hostile and won't even identify themselves. Any "business" that calls people out of the blue in 2009 and won't identify themselves and demands information ... should be out of business.

they have called me countless times and i have done what the ma****e said and hit the ****on for the response of wrong number and they continued to call and leave voice mails ma****e and live and i have also told a live person the i did not know the person they were looking for or ever heard of them and their response is the same. "this is the first time we've called don't make up stories" then they **** up. i would like for the calls to stop being its usually in class or at all hours of the night not to mention they fill my voice mail in less than a weekend. i would like to issue a complaint

Called looking for someone not at my address or phone number. I did call them back and reported to them that no one at this number has lived here for 10 years and that the previous person had moved to Colorado. I did lookup the number and it comes back to Diversified Adjustment Services from Minn. For once I did get a reasonable person to talk to and was told they would c****e the number so I didn't receive any more calls. Must have worked so far. Time will tell

I received a computer generated call about some debt I never heard of. I called the number it gave me and I spoke with someone named Carmen. I gave her my phone number and she asked me if I lived at a certain address. I said no, but the address was in my community. She asked me if I had received a letter. I asked from who? She wouldn't tell me and she ***g up on me. I called back and I got the same woman. She woulodn't tell me who they were and ***g up on me a***n. ***?

When I called I was able to extract from the customer service representative that the name of the company was "Diversified" but she refused to give me their mailing address and ***g up when I pressed her.
