I keep getting calls for someone that doesn't even sound like a real name. They called me yes****ay and left a message asking for a call back but didn't say who they were calling for. When I called back they asked me if I was this other person. When I said no they asked me if I knew who that person was a***n I said no and asked to be taken off the list. The whole time I could hear lots of people in the background yelling. So today I get a call from the same number. I answer the phone and some guy comes on asking me if I am this other person. I tell him no and he asks me a***n if I know who that person is. I say no and nicely ask to be taken off their list. He told me that until they had a correct number for this person that they would keep calling what they have. I told him if his company calls me a***n I will call my lawyer. He laughed and said "like that would stop us" then he ***g up. ***!! How is this possible for people to do this??

After my second verbal complaint, the name and account number of the previous owner of my telephone number was dropped from the automated message. Now it has blank pauses where the name and account number used to be. The automated dialer has been called my number weekly since I got my new telephone in January.
