I just received 2 calls from ERC asking for someone with a first name similar to mine and an garbled last name. I've never even been late on a payment, owe no charge cards, but now I'm scared that my iden***y has been stolen..they called my home phone then 5 min later my cellphone, which they shouldn't even have had access to! I did call back and gave them a piece of my mind, and demanded that my number be removed, that I am on our state's "do not call" list and there would be repercussions. He said he would remove it. I don't get it..I'm very su****ious and nervous about it all. With this many complaints, why isn't so****ing done by the appropriate authorities? I WILL turn them in to my attorney general's office!
