That means if I were to answer it, I would be charged for an American/International call which is really expensive! I am aware that companies in Ca***a who uses Internet based phone lines, will show up on caller ID as a originating from the US even though they are actually calling from somewhere in Ca***a from a Ca***ian company. If it is Rogers, who is also my cell phone provider, they have a lot of nerve calling me over and over a***n from a number that will in the end cost me money when and if I were to answer it!

They have called me every single day since the day I first set up my account with rogers, I've asked to be removed from the list via voice mail which does nothing. This is rediculous and I've never regreted a company more than I do when I think of rogers.
